Clint Correll

Mr. Correll received his undergraduate degree from Frostburg State
University, and graduate degree from Norfolk State University. He
studied horn with Francis Orval of the Nationale Belgium Symphony and
Steve Carlson of the Virginia Symphony plus composition with Adolphus
Hailstork and Jon Bauman. He has taught in both public and private
schools for over fifteen years including four years as Music
Department Head at the International School in Jerusalem, Israel.
While in Jerusalem, Mr. Correll was the principal hornist for the
Jerusalem Sinfonetta and was a founding member of the Israeli
Bandmasters Association. Mr. Correll has worked as an early wind
interpreter and brass specialist for Colonial Williamsburg and has
worked in the US and abroad as a private teacher, clinician, composer,
arranger, and performer. Mr. Correll is editor for Clawiso Press
publications having over twenty published editions to his credit. He
is also the founder of the Classic Wind Society.
